registration, Celebrant services and Government / Administrative fees.
Let us ‘worry’ about those little details that make all the difference to a successful event. A team of coordinators
will work behind the scenes as well as on-site preparing, setting-up and supervising the flow of your entire
wedding celebration. We will be double-checking and improving any details as needed, instructing attendants of
their duties, overseeing the retrieval of items at the ceremony/reception. We will create a comprehensive itinerary
of events for you and your guests inclusive of useful telephone numbers.

It would be unthinkable for you to go home with your most unique experience simply etched in your memory. You will depart from Santorini with a professional photographic record of your wedding day, including 60 high-quality prints, 13cm X 20cm (5.12 X 7.87 inches), a CD-ROM containing 60 high-resolution photos plus a top-quality 30cm X 30cm photograph album. You may have some or all your photos in black and white or in sepia.
On-line personal photo album hosted on our website, so that your family and friends may view images from your special day.
Choose from a classic nosegay with white roses to a minimal bouquet with phalenopsis orchids. Just tell us what
your favourite flowers are and our florists will create a unique bouquet just for you.
The Groom will be adorned with a beautiful boutonnière made to match the bride’s bouquet.
We will help style the ceremony table and decorate the wedding venue just as you wish. An elegant silk or organza tablecloth and an antique silver tray with sugared almonds captures the essence of Greek tradition.
We will be more than happy to provide official witnesses for you. |

In Greece it is customary to offer sweets after the wedding ceremony, so add this note of local ‘colour’ to this special day in your lives. Local wedding sweets are made to order on the day and will be offered with Vinsanto, the world-famous Santorini aged sweet wine – favourite drink of the Russian Tsars.

Enjoy a simply Greek festive environment with two traditional musicians to escort the bride to the ceremony and serenade the newlyweds and guests after the wedding. Or, have your guests serenaded while waiting for the grand entrance of the bride just before the ceremony and continue serenading the newlyweds afterwards.
A delicious wedding cake (for up to 70 persons), with fresh cream and frosting, available in vanilla, chocolate or
with fresh fruit & nut filling will be waiting for you to cut your first piece as husband and wife and enjoy with your guests.
What’s a wedding celebration without champagne! There will be a bottle of champagne at your hotel room
on the day of your wedding, so that you can celebrate privately and share the happiness of your special day.

A beautiful flower arrangement will adorn your ceremony table, adding the finishing touch to your ceremony.
The essence is to symbolize the union of "two into one”. The Groom pours a portion of black volcanic sand into the central glass vase, then the Bride follows suit, pouring a portion of white volcanic sand into the same vase, and so they continue alternately pouring sand, thus creating a layered effect. The ceremony concludes with the Groom and Bride simultaneously pouring their last portion of sand into the central vase. The mingling of the coloured sand represents the joining of the Bride and Groom. After the wedding, the two outside vases can be used to display fresh flowers, while the central vase will remain a cherished keepsake of your wedding day.
Roundtrip private car transfer is included for the Bride, her escort and two additional persons. It includes waiting time to take Bride and Groom to the venue for the wedding dinner.
