WIS provides advice as to what paperwork you’ll need
before your arrival. We handle all Necessary Arrangements
regarding all Town Hall services including document filing,
marriage license registration, Celebrant services and Government
/ Administrative fees.

We cannot allow you to go home with your most unique experience
simply etched in your memory. You will leave Santorini with 60 high
quality printed photos, 13cm X 20cm (5.12 X 7.87 inches) of size, a
CD-ROM containing 60 high resolution photos plus a high quality 30cm
X 30cm photo album. You may have some or all your photos in black and
white or in sepia color style.
Choose from a classic nosegay to a colorful bouquet with seasonal
flowers (Casablanca lilies, chrysanthemum, roses, gerberas,
lysianthus, white aster). Just tell us what your favourite style
is and our florists will create a unique bouquet just for you.
The Groom will be adorned with a beautiful boutonnière
made to match the bride’s bouquet.
An elegant silk or organza tablecloth will dress the ceremony
table. Jordan almonds will be placed in an Antique silver
tray on the ceremony table according to Greek tradition.

with silk ribbon.

According to Greek tradition rice symbolizes prosperity
and fertility.
The joining of two souls that become one: Tie the knot with
two beautiful white crowns decorated with Precious pearls
or stones tied together with a silk ribbon. The actual meaning
of bonding, and “white” colour for purity.
We will be more than happy to provide official witnesses for you (optional).
Let us ‘worry’ about those little details that
contribute to a successful ceremony. One coordinator will
work with you to help you organise tasks, plan your budget,
assist you on creating a detailed itinerary of events inclusive
of useful phone numbers so us to ensure you have a stress
free day. Your coordinator will be Double-checking, confirm
all vendors, oversee vendor responsibilities a week prior
to your event, greet your guests and kindly direct them
to the ceremony location at the appropriate time, accept
and distribute all flowers (corsages or boutonnières),
clean up and retrieval of items at ceremony location.
We will confirm availability and reserve the date with the Town Hall as well
as reserve the date at our selected ceremony venue.
Your hotel choice is a personal decision. We do work with many hotels in Santorini
and Offer special discounts for our wedding couples and guests. As soon as
you have confirmed your wedding date, we can provide you with additional and
personalized assistance in accommodation arrangements for you and your guests
as well as travel assistance.
Provide unlimited email support in the months leading up to your wedding.
WIS will provide you a detailed outline and budget spreadsheet
to work from. This is the same document that our in-house
wedding consultants use!
You will have access to a password protected site which will guide you to WIS
online gallery. There you will have a taste of themed weddings, art de la tables
designs, many hair and make up ideas, numerous flower bouquets. You can rent
any wedding items such as lanterns, flowers pots, champagne flutes or even vintage
crystal chandelier to add a bit of tradition to your ceremony.
We will introduce you upon your arrival at our offices,
with the on-site wedding co-ordinator, who will help you
with all final details of planning your ceremony and deliver
your wedding Itinerary.
We will suggest the “best of the best” vendors we work with according
to your needs. |

A beautiful flower arrangement will be “styled” to
adorn your ceremony table adding the finishing touch to your
ceremony. This can be with flowers matching the bride’s
bouquet or simply choose from our seasonal flowers selection
for a table arrangement. |

Enjoy one hour of splendid at one of the chapels by hosting
your wedding ceremony in the chapel’s courtyard located
on the edge of the cliff with the infamous breathtaking view
of the Caldera.
A beautiful flower arrangement will be “styled” to
adorn your ceremony table adding the finishing touch to your
ceremony.
The essence is to symbolize the union of "two into one”.
The Groom will commence by pouring a portion of the black
volcanic sand into the central glass vase. The Bride will
follow by pouring a portion of the white volcanic sand also
into the central vase creating a layered effect. To complete
the ceremony, the Groom and Bride simultaneously pour the
balance of their sand into the central container. The co-mingling
of the colored sand represents the joining of the Bride and
Groom. Following the wedding, the sand of the central container
will remain a cherished keepsake of your wedding day.
Roundtrip private car transfer is included for the Bride,
her escort and two additional persons. It includes waiting
time to take Bride & Groom to wedding dinner location.
A private car transfer is included for the Groom and three
additional persons.
(2 musicians for 1 hour service)
Enjoy a simply Greek festive environment with two traditional
musicians to escort the bride to the ceremony and serenade
the newlyweds and guests after the ceremony. Or, have your
guests serenaded while waiting for the grand entrance of the
bride just before the ceremony and continue serenading the
newlyweds after the ceremony. |

Videographer - We offer you the opportunity to relive the sight and the sound of your special moments over and over again through the unique visions captured in the live footage of your keepsake wedding video.
Story-telling photography - Story-telling photography is a photographic story of your wedding. A series of shots that put your images into a context. These shoots introduce your characters into your wedding story; give information about the place where your story is happening and set the tone the story will be told in.
Hair and Make up for the Bride (and guests). A Professional Hairstylist & Make-Up artist will be at your hotel room on the day of your wedding to create your perfect appearance for your perfect day! Should you wish to have a relaxing
massage treatment the morning of your wedding or Total
Body Beauty Treatment with facials, manicure and pedicure this can be easily arranged at the comfort of your own room.
Guest Sitting - Chairs with elegant chair covers arranged in the courtyard of the chapel for the comfort of your guests. Chapel courtyard can accommodate up to 60 guests seated.
Wedding Favors Your guests will leave with a traditional Greek wedding favor made up of delicious Jordan almonds wrapped in tulle and ribbon,
Lanterns with Candles scattered around the chapel will create a beautiful atmosphere whilst enjoying cocktails watching the sunset.
Cocktail Hour, why not celebrate with your guests whilst enjoying the sunset with a glass of champagne, ouzo or sangria and local appetizers.
